  If I could do negative stars I would. I have boycotted this Arbys multiple times for horrible experiences & tonight was their last chance. My boyfriend brought home food after neither of us were able to eat all day, (let me just make it clear that it's 10:30pm) & what we found when we opened the bag was just pathetic to say the least. All of the sandwiches were soggy with way too much sauce. The fries were cold. Best of all, my chicken tenders were rubbery, cold & tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I should have trusted my instinct to just cook something at home, knowing I do a damn better job than the uneducated high school children they have working here. You know who I'm talking about. Needless to say- I will never return to this, or probably any other arbys, ever again. It's sad that we live in a world where you can't even get a fresh hot meal when you PAY for it. I might as well go beg on the corner like everyone else at this point.

  We stopped here on our way going out of town. The food was great but we were in the drive through for like 20 minutes. It was awful.

  I love Arby's, but every time I come to this one it's a bad experience. If you go through the drive-thru expect to wait 15-20mins average. Sometimes longer. This last time I went (while I was waiting forever at the window for my food) I was watching the cashier take my payment, and then go help load orders and drinks. Handling money, and then handling food isn't very hygienic.. I don't like doing bad reviews, but if I'm thinking Arby's I'll go to a different one.
