  Typical grocery store with one downfall I have never encountered in another store. There is an aweful smell when you walk into the store. It seems to be located at or near the entrance. It's disgusting and there all the time.

  Went to Smith's in Payson, Utah today. What wonderful customer service we received from Jay in the meat department. He was so kind, polite, and cheerful, if you were having a bad day you left his department more happier because of his attitude. He was quick in cutting our ham for us and even gave us our perfect sliced ham with a smile. Judy our cashier was just as kind, helpful, sweet and checked us quickly too. Thank you Jay and Judy for making our visit to Smith's a delightful today.
